This individual will serve as a strategic advisor to clients within the Health & Human Services sector, managing a large and complex book of business while delivering exceptional service, risk management guidance, and insurance expertise. Requirements

  • Experience in managing and overseeing a large, complex book of commercial business, particularly within the Health & Human Services sector.
  • Proven ability to serve as the primary client relationship manager for key accounts.
  • Experience leading renewal strategy, coverage analysis, and stewardship meetings.
  • Skill in identifying client exposures and providing proactive risk management recommendations.
  • Ability to collaborate with producers, marketing specialists, and carrier partners to develop comprehensive insurance solutions.
  • Experience negotiating coverage terms and pricing with carriers.
  • Proficiency in presenting renewal and coverage recommendations to clients and prospects.
  • Demonstrated success in maintaining strong client retention through exceptional service and consultative account management.
  • Experience mentoring and supporting Account Managers and other team members.
  • Knowledge of industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging risks impacting the Health & Human Services sector.
