About The Position

This position performs a variety of tasks within the Commercial Lending Department. The incumbent may be required to verify insurance requirements, manage files and work with the Loan Origination System and Vision Content.

Requirements

High School diploma
Minimum 2 years’ experience commensurate with job function
Knowledge of lending products, retail banking and bank policies.
Excellent interpersonal verbal communication skills.
Attention to detail.
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions.
Ability to prioritize multiple projects and complete them on time.
Ability to interpret a variety of instructions, communicate them to others and establish controls to evaluate that these instructions are followed.
Ability to work with a wide variety of personalities in a courteous and efficient manner.
Proper understanding of lending concepts, principles and procedures.

Process advances and pay downs
Call/fax/email for updated policies
Scan all policies into vision content
Reach out to lenders on canceled policies
Request files from file room for lien release
Verify loan paid off and paid loan collateral release form
Scan form into vision content
Prepare cover sheets for hard copy documents and scan documents
Upload PDF documents
Verify and label scanned documents
Account maintenance for systems
Process Kandace requests
General administrative duties including but not limited to ordering supplies, collecting and disbursing mail, booking meeting rooms etc
