About the position

The Commercial Excellence Project Manager for Atrial Fibrillation Solutions at Boston Scientific is responsible for coordinating and managing training programs and resources for the sales team. This role focuses on enhancing training effectiveness, leveraging best practices, and utilizing analytics to improve business operations. The position requires collaboration with leadership to develop strategic communication strategies and assess internal processes for efficiency improvements.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the training manager to develop and enhance training processes and communication to the field force.
  • Prepare project plans and schedules using project management tools like Microsoft Project, working with staff to understand necessary tasks.
  • Direct project execution by assigning tasks, tracking schedules, identifying risks, and developing contingency plans.
  • Foster an entrepreneurial environment.
  • Develop new training materials and resources in a rapidly growing division.
  • Recommend instructional and graphical methods for conveying medical and sales information.
  • Review all training for appropriate adult learning methodologies and clear objectives.
  • Refine e-training agendas and maintain training content and online resource access.
  • Participate in in-house training as needed.
  • Support the development of integration systems - AI, Chat bots, etc.
  • Provide guidance for solving complex technical problems by challenging traditional technical assumptions.
  • Identify innovative IT uses to provide excellence to the field force.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Experience in project management, training and/or curriculum design & development, marketing, communications, or related fields.
  • Self-starter with a focus on entrepreneurial excellence.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and requests from various sources.
  • Strong project management skills in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record of implementing strategic business initiatives in matrixed commercial teams.
  • Strong business acumen with ability to develop a communication KPI story.
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills for developing relationships and leading by influence.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and social media content creation across various formats.
  • Awareness of current social media trends and the ability to recognize opportunities to extend reach and improve performance.
