About The Position
Arrow Exterminators is looking to hire a highly motivated individual to fill a full-time Commercial Evaluator / Outside Sales position for commercial accounts. This role is ideal for someone who dislikes desk work, enjoys interacting with people, has a history of exceeding sales goals, and thrives on winning. The position involves establishing mutually beneficial relationships for Commercial Pest Control within industries such as Food Service, Hospitality, Healthcare, Food Processing, Manufacturing, and Retail. It requires proficiency in sales activities including cold calling, relationship building, needs analysis, proposing solutions, and closing techniques, as well as pipeline management and follow-up. The role demands independent work with limited supervision while also contributing to a team and achieving sales goals.
Requirements
- Physical ability to be on your feet and maneuver in crawl spaces in various weather conditions.
- Customer service experience.
- Possess current Driver's License.
- Sales ability.
- Basic math skills.
