About The Position

Infisical is looking to hire exceptional talent to join our teams in building the open source security infrastructure stack for the AI era. Our customers range from some of the fastest-growing startups to largest public enterprises (e.g., Hugging Face, LG, Lucid). We have a clear buyer persona and a large target market. We are well funded and backed by great investors, including Y Combinator, Elad Gil and Google. As a Commercial Account Executive, you’ll be responsible for growing the customer base and closing net-new logos for Infisical’s secrets management platform. We are building the #1 open-source security infrastructure stack, and you will play a defining role in growing it!

Requirements

  • Experience selling software to a technical audience
  • Demonstrated experience in scaling sales operations from the ground up, including setting up sales processes, and CRM systems.
  • Credibility, and ability to craft compelling cases for change.
  • Experience in navigating multi-stakeholder sales (e.g., IC engineer, director, executive leadership).
  • Based in or willing to relocate to San Francisco, CA.

Responsibilities

  • Understanding and demonstrating our products to prospects.
  • Developing, managing, and closing business within accounts in our commercial accounts segment.
  • Driving the sales cycle from prospect to close and ensuring adoption and consumption of our products.
  • Collaborating with the engineering team to define customer requirements and communicate timelines.
  • Identifying current customers with upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Using innovative sales tools to map, prospect, follow and close your accounts.
