About The Position

Managers in Training (MITs) are responsible for learning Gerber Collision & Glass' processes and the responsibilities of every position within the WOW Process. The goal is to become experts in these areas while consistently providing excellent customer service and striving for excellence. This role involves hands-on experience in various shop positions to ensure a comprehensive understanding of operations.

Requirements

High School Diploma/GED required.
Completed courses specializing in repair procedures.

Nice To Haves

College or Military background preferred.
Automotive technical education training preferred.

Responsibilities

Ensure consistent execution of the WOW (Wow Operating Way) plan.
Complete the CSR Role Based Certification and successfully perform the duties of a CSR for several weeks.
Complete the Parts Coordinator Role Based Certification and successfully perform the duties of a Parts Coordinator for several weeks.
Complete the Estimator Role Based Certification and successfully perform the duties of an Estimator for several months.
Successfully complete the RBC (role based competencies) for each position in the shop.
Complete the GM Onboarding program and demonstrate knowledge of the WOW Operating Way.
