At Crash Champions, we believe that the difference is trust, and we are committed to providing exceptional service in the collision repair industry. As one of the fastest-growing brands in this sector, we pride ourselves on being the largest founder-led multi-shop operator (MSO) of high-quality collision repair services in the U.S. With over 600 state-of-the-art repair centers across 36 states, we are dedicated to serving our customers and business partners with excellence. Founded in 1999 by industry veteran Matt Ebert, who was recognized as the 2022 MSO Executive of the Year, Crash Champions has built a reputation for quality and reliability in vehicle repair. Our mission is to ensure that every customer feels informed and valued throughout the repair process. In this role, you will be responsible for educating customers on the vehicle repair process, including insurance procedures, customer rights, repair techniques, and safety measures. You will complete initial estimates and write comprehensive estimates after conducting full disassembly and damage evaluations. Managing each repair throughout the process is crucial, as you will ensure that all work meets Crash Champions' quality standards by performing in-process quality control checks. Keeping customers fully informed and updated on the status of their vehicles is a key aspect of providing the best possible experience. Additionally, you will be expected to pull and review all data procedures with Body Technicians and complete post-scanning for each vehicle in the repair process. You will also handle the pre-closing of the final repair order, manage disbursement paperwork, address any exceptions in the file, and ensure that all carrier-specific requirements are met. This position requires a strong commitment to customer service and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
