About The Position

The MH College Integrator will primarily do four things: drive execution and accountability across the ministry, build and optimize systems and operations, lead planning and meeting rhythms, and ensure strong cross-team communication and alignment. This role exists to help the MH College ministry operate with clarity, efficiency, and follow-through while supporting the overall mission and vision of Mercy Hill Church. This will require a significant investment into ministry execution, project management, organizational systems, leadership communication, and coordination across teams to ensure goals and priorities are accomplished effectively.

Responsibilities

• Lead Ministry Execution: Maintain ministry scorecards and reporting systems, Oversee project management workflows and follow-through on priorities, Track progress toward annual goals and quarterly rocks, Ensure teams and leaders are aligned around deadlines and deliverables, Identify and remove operational bottlenecks
• Build and optimize systems and operations: Develop and maintain ministry SOPs and operational processes, Oversee ministry calendar systems and organizational workflows, Create scalable systems to support ministry growth and multiplication, Improve communication and planning efficiency across teams, Support administrative and operational needs for ministry initiatives
• Lead meeting rhythms and planning systems: Facilitate L10 meetings and other planning environments, Organize weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual planning rhythms, Track action items and ensure accountability after meetings, Coordinate preparation and follow-up for leadership meetings, Help drive clarity and alignment across ministry leadership
• Lead & Develop Ministry Teams: Directly lead and coach Associate Directors over Gathering, Groups, and Sending, Ensure ministry teams stay aligned around shared vision and strategy, Help leaders prioritize projects, resources, and team focus, Support leadership development and team health across College Ministry, Facilitate communication and collaboration between ministry areas, Reinforce a healthy, unified, and mission-driven ministry culture
