About The Position

TEKsystems is hiring Delinquency Control Counselors to start with a Fortune 100 Financial Institution in Pensacola, FL! This role focuses on controlling/collecting on past due Consumer Loan and Credit Card accounts within the first 30 days of delinquency, adhering to all government and Credit Union rules and regulations. The position also involves providing member financial counseling and mitigating loss.

Requirements

• High School Diploma
• 1-3 years of customer service experience (retail, sales, food service, banking)
• High speed cable or fiber optic internet required
• Communication skills
• Empathy for members
• Computer literate-ability to work with Excel, Office Word, Outlook
• Call center production environment experience
• Experience with auto-dialer making outbound calls and receiving in-bound calls
• Experience in early stage collections (1-30 days late), handling 80-120+ calls per day

Responsibilities

• Control/collect on past due Consumer Loan and Credit Card accounts within the first 30 days of delinquency.
• Adhere to all government and Credit Union rules and regulations.
• Provide member financial counseling.
• Mitigate loss.
