The Colleague Experience Group (CEG) is transforming colleague onboarding into a seamless, integrated, and personalized experience. The "New to Blue" program supports colleagues as they join American Express or transition into new roles, aiming to create a connected, scalable experience that integrates enterprise, business unit, and role learning. This role will play a key part in shaping the end-to-end operation of "New to Blue," connecting processes, systems, and stakeholders. The focus is on defining how different components integrate across CEG, business units, and platforms, mapping current and future-state processes, identifying simplification and standardization opportunities, and ensuring seamless activity connections across systems. The role involves collaborating with stakeholders and product partners to translate business needs into requirements and user stories, contributing to solutions for a scalable, connected experience.
