The Collaboration Engineer I specializes in one of the following areas of collaboration: M365, Networking, or VoIP, and supports software and hardware related to that specialization. The role involves working with other team members to assist with their daily duties.

Performs moves, adds, changes, & disconnects.
Performs software & hardware troubleshooting.
Monitoring, alerting, and reporting.
Installs and supports devices.
Completes relevant compliance training courses.
Completes relevant and current continuing professional education, formal and/or informal.
Must understand all applicable laws and regulations that apply to the position and comply with the requirements.
Performs all other duties as assigned.

Minimum two (2) years' experience managing/supporting collaborative Information Systems preferred.
Strong interpersonal skills.
Ability to demonstrate a working knowledge of selected specialty fundamentals.
Ability to work flexible schedules.
Ability to diagnose and correct hardware & software configuration problems.
Ability to diagnose and correct hardware failures.
Good written and verbal communications.
Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Strong analytical skills.
Relevant and current continuing professional education, formal and/or informal.

Bachelor's Degree preferred.
Pursuing or obtained certification in said specialty.
