About The Position

The Intern, Co-Console Analyst is responsible for supporting the Co-Console team in the management of the Completions Management System for the business. They will be working across multiple projects, specifically JSS1, JSS2, Polar and MPI. The role will involve working in Co-Console to manage user requests, structure data inputs and align requirements from end users for development/configuration. The role will directly report to the Ship Completions Planning Manager but day to day tasks will be defined by the Planner III – Co-Console System Analyst. This is an 8-month internship position.

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily emergent issues from End Users and rectify the root causes where possible
  • Work closely with the BTS team and the vendor (Prometheus) to manage tickets related to support, bug fixes, or feature requests and ensure these are closed out in a timely manner
  • Support the development of training material for End Users and Power Users and support with the execution of training where required
  • Support data cleanup activities in collaboration with Engineering and Data Analytics teams, following established procedures within source toolsets
  • Gather requirements from end users for new capability requests and support the development, testing and rollout of these new capabilities
  • Assist the Planner III with development of the Completions data structure for the Polar/MPI project in alignment with various teams including Quality, Acceptance, Data Analytics, Engineering etc.
