National Technologies, Inc. (NTI) is looking for an experienced CNC Swiss Lathe Operator that appreciates being challenged. We're a small team that strives to do a good job, every day. Responsibilities
- Own your job from start to finish with support from the team.
- Operate CNC Swiss Lathe (8 Axis) - Hanwha.
- Download CNC programs, complete setups, and run various types of parts.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety of the work area and equipment.
- Work with quality assurance to approve initial set-up parts and support production runs.
- Participate in change-overs and set-ups regularly.
Requirements
- Familiar with basic machine functions of CNC Lathes and/or Mills.
- Proficient in production setups.
- Able to read blueprints and work from drawings and routings.
- Know how to use basic and precision measuring instruments.
- Must be able to lift, bend, and use handheld equipment.
- Must be able to work with lubricants, cutting fluids, and coolants.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience with Hanwha CNC machines.
- Previous experience in a similar role.
