About the position
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Maintenance Technician - Senior Lead to manage and coordinate maintenance operations during the 3rd shift. This senior-level role requires a strong combination of technical expertise and leadership ability to ensure the reliable performance of all facility machinery, equipment, and systems.
Responsibilities
- Supervising a team of maintenance technicians
- Providing ongoing mentorship and support
- Ensuring compliance with all safety and operational standards
- Managing both preventive and corrective maintenance activities
Requirements
- Advanced troubleshooting and repair capabilities
- Strong project management skills
- Proven ability to lead teams effectively in a high-demand environment
- Experience with Siemens control systems is highly preferred
