Responsibilities

• Set up, program, and operate CNC Mill or Lathe machines to machine parts with high precision.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
• Select appropriate tools, materials, and speeds for machining operations.
• Perform routine machine maintenance and ensure machines are functioning efficiently.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to machine operations.
• Conduct quality checks on machined parts using precision measuring tools like calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
• Work closely with the engineering team to meet production requirements and deadlines.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment in accordance with safety protocols.

Requirements

• 1 year of experience operating CNC machines (CNC, Milling, Lathe, Swiss) is required.
• Experience with CNC set up and programming is required.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings is required.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with Mastercam is preferred.
