About The Position
Stevenson Oaks Retirement Community is seeking compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join their team. This is a PRN (As Needed) position with night shift hours from 6:30 PM to 6:30 AM, offering a $2 shift differential. The role involves assisting residents with daily living activities, providing emotional support, documentation, teamwork, and participating in community events. Stevenson Oaks is a leader in retirement living, offering independent living, assisted living, and memory care.
Requirements
- Current CNA certification (Texas)
- A heart for service and a team spirit
- Passion for elder care and building meaningful connections
- Completion of Certified Nursing Aide program
- Possession of a valid Texas Certified Nurse Aide certification, or ability to obtain as required by regulation.
Nice To Haves
- High school graduate or equivalent is desired.
- One year of experience, preferably as a hospital or long-term care nursing assistant is preferred.
