Requirements
- Current and valid CNA certification.
- Compassionate, patient-focused attitude with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively during daytime hours as part of a team.
- Basic knowledge of patient care procedures and safety standards.
- Strong communication skills and willingness to learn.
- Reliable, punctual and committed to providing high-quality care.
Responsibilities
- Assist patients with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
- Monitor and record vital signs and report any changes in patients’ conditions.
- Provide emotional support and companionship to patients, fostering a reassuring environment.
- Work collaboratively with nursing staff and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable patient environment.
- Follow infection control protocols and healthcare regulations.
