About the position

CareMaster Medical Services is dedicated to providing high-quality in-home medical and attendant care services across Georgia, Alabama, and South Carolina. We are currently seeking compassionate and skilled caregivers, including CNAs, RNs, and LPNs, to join our team. Our focus is on delivering personalized, one-on-one patient care, allowing our caregivers to build meaningful relationships with their patients while ensuring they receive the best possible care. We understand the challenges faced by healthcare professionals, especially in the post-COVID landscape, and are committed to offering a supportive work environment that prioritizes your well-being and career advancement. As a caregiver with CareMaster, you will have the opportunity to work with a manageable caseload, providing dedicated care to individual patients rather than juggling multiple cases at once. This role involves assisting patients with daily activities, including personal care, light housekeeping, errands, grocery shopping, and accompanying them to doctor's appointments. We offer competitive compensation, stress protection, and comprehensive training programs to help you grow in your career. Our caregivers are equipped with the tools they need to succeed, including electronic visit verification and clinical documentation through their smartphones. We are looking for individuals who are reliable, punctual, and possess strong communication skills. You will be required to meet the physical demands of the job, which include lifting, transferring, and providing support to adult patients. Our team is committed to ensuring that you have the resources and support necessary to thrive in your role, and we encourage you to reach out to us to learn more about how we can help you achieve your career goals in the healthcare field.
