In this position, you will be responsible for assisting residents with their daily living activities (ADLs), which include personal hygiene, mobility assistance, and monitoring vital signs. You will also be tasked with recording temperatures and blood pressure, documenting any reactions to medications and treatments, and ensuring that all resident and facility information remains confidential. Upholding safety and infection control protocols is paramount, and you will need to maintain a flexible schedule to meet the demands of patient care.
