CNA / HHA Caregiver Lake Mary Area Flexible Scheduling
About The Position
One You Love Homecare Winter Park is actively hiring compassionate and reliable Caregivers, CNAs, and HHAs for part-time and full-time positions in the Lake Mary area. We match caregivers with clients close to home whenever possible and build schedules around your availability. One You Love Homecare provides high-quality, compassionate, non-medical home care services to help our clients live with dignity and independence. Our employees play a key role in delivering exceptional care to every person we serve, allowing them to continue living comfortably, safely, and independently in their own home.
Requirements
- Active CNA license or HHA certificate required (we can discuss based on the specific case)
- Experience in home care, senior care, or dementia care preferred
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Must pass Level 2 background screening through the FL Background Clearinghouse
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 25 pounds
- Ability to assist with mobility and transfers
- Ability to stand, bend, and kneel for extended periods
Responsibilities
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Assist with personal care, bathing, grooming, and daily living activities
- Help with mobility, transfers, and safe ambulation
- Prepare meals and assist with feeding
- Perform light housekeeping, laundry, and tidying
- Provide transportation to appointments when needed
- Monitor client condition and report changes promptly
- Follow care plans and infection control guidelines
