About The Position

This role involves reading and understanding instructions and electronic assembly drawings, as well as verbal instructions. The position requires a strong attention to detail, excellent hand-eye coordination, vision, and manual dexterity for assembling small objects. Responsibilities include inspecting products for conformance to specifications, performing repetitive work, and prioritizing customer needs.

Requirements

• Ability to understand and follow all safety rules and regulations
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Be a team player, willing to work in other areas of the operation as needed
• Ability to lift 50 pounds repetitively and walk/stand for the duration of your shift
• Basic ability to read, comprehend, and communicate in English
• May require some overtime and weekend work as business needs dictate
• Must be able to pass a drug test
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent hand-eye coordination, vision and manual dexterity in order to grasp, manipulate, or assemble very small objects
• Comfortable with repetitive work

Nice To Haves

• Previous manufacturing experience preferred
