About the position

The Club Quality and Member Support Administrative Assistant will provide high-level administrative and data support to the internal team, focusing on CRM processes and customer service principles. This hybrid role involves both remote and on-site work, requiring effective communication and collaboration with various departments to enhance business systems and user needs.

Responsibilities

  • Review and evaluate business systems and user needs in consultation with management.
  • Utilize and improve administrative systems and computerized processes for data management.
  • Assist management with data analysis and provide recommendations based on findings.
  • Collect feedback through surveys and direct interactions for internal review.
  • Prepare reports, emails, letters, and other documents using tools like spreadsheets and SharePoint.
  • Act as a liaison between team members and various departments within the organization.
  • Establish and maintain effective working relationships with management and staff.
  • Collaborate with leadership on departmental goals and initiatives.
  • Complete and submit expense reports accurately and timely.
  • Plan travel arrangements, including reservations and seminar registrations.
  • Manage calendars for the Club Quality and Member Support department and book meetings as needed.
  • Support department leadership with committee administration and data processing management.
  • Perform other duties as required by management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
  • Minimum of three years customer service or office experience.
  • Experience with systems management, including Dynamics 365, and phone and chat software.
  • Experience editing and administering in SharePoint.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to write clear and concise professional letters and emails.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to change.
  • Team player with a positive attitude.

Nice-to-haves

  • Project management experience preferred.
  • Non-profit or member support experience a plus.
