The Club Manager is responsible for oversight of gym operations to ensure a positive member experience and a financially successful club. This role involves recruiting, hiring, training, scheduling, and supervising team members, as well as overseeing member service to ensure all team members provide a great customer service experience at all times. The Club Manager will be highly involved in front desk tasks, provide support for team members and club members, and create and maintain a positive image for the club. Additionally, the manager will coach and counsel performance to help achieve company standards, ensure prompt opening and closing of the gym, and ensure staff are aware and trained on all current marketing promotions. The Club Manager is also responsible for ordering supplies and tracking inventory.
