  • Designing, implementing, and maintaining secure cloud environments, such as AWS, Azure, and GCP, with a strong emphasis on container security and adherence to the DoD Risk Management Framework (RMF).
  • Guide the development of cloud-based security architectures for some of the nation's most critical systems.
  • Ensure standards are met with information assurance and security requirements.
  • 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity
  • 2+ years of experience in a cloud security in an enterprise environment
  • 3+ years of experience supporting the DoD RMF A&A process, including authoring SSPs, POAMs, and performing STIG assessments
  • Experience securing containerized applications and orchestration platforms, including Kubernetes, OpenShift, and Docker
  • Experience in securing a major cloud provider, including AWS, Azure, or GCP, and with scripting languages, including Python, PowerShell, and Bash, for automation
  • Experience with container security tools and methodologies, such as image scanning, runtime protection, and network segmentation for containers
  • Knowledge of network security principles, firewalls, IDS/IPS, VPNs, and secure network design in cloud environments
  • Secret clearance
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • IAT Level II or IAM Level II certification
  • Experience with multi-cloud in DoD Government or GovCloud regions
  • Ability to translate complex security requirements into actionable technical solutions
  • Top Secret clearance
  • Cloud security certifications such as AWS Certified Security – Specialty, Azure Security Engineer Associate, or GCP Professional Cloud Security Engineer
