About the position

The Clothing Sales Associate at Sportsman's Warehouse is responsible for providing exceptional customer service in the clothing department. This role involves greeting customers, maintaining product knowledge, and ensuring a friendly shopping environment. The associate will assist with merchandise processing and replenishment while keeping the department organized and clean.

Responsibilities

• Approach each customer using the 5 non-negotiable Friedman Sales Training Steps.
• Keep the department clean, faced, and straight at all times.
• Assist in processing and replenishing merchandise and monitoring floor stock.
• Communicate customer requests to management.
• Perform other tasks as necessary and assigned by management, which may at times include assisting in other departments.

Requirements

• Good verbal and written communication skills are required.
• Ability to work closely with customers and co-workers is required.
• Exceptional organization skills are necessary.
• Ability to work well independently and in teams is required.
• Availability for weekend shifts (Saturday-Sunday) is required.

Nice-to-haves

• High school diploma or high school equivalency diploma is recommended.
• Sales training provided by Sportsman's Warehouse is required.
