The role of a Closing Expert can provide you with the skills and experience of: Guest service fundamentals and experience building a guest-first culture across the store, Retail business fundamentals, including department sales trends, pricing and promotion strategies, inventory management, process efficiency and improvement, Supporting daily/weekly workload to support business priorities and deliver on sales goals, Promoting and engaging around various benefits, offerings and services, Communicating and interacting with all guests to build a welcoming guest experience, Blending problem solving and decision making to positively impact the guest experience and resolve guest concerns, Ability to adapt to different guest interactions and situations.
