About the position

Octave is seeking Licensed Clinicians to provide high-quality behavioral health care to clients in a collaborative and client-centered environment. Clinicians will utilize evidence-based therapies to treat adult clients experiencing mental health concerns such as stress, depression, and anxiety, primarily through virtual sessions. The role emphasizes culturally responsive care and the customization of mental health treatment plans.

Responsibilities

  • Provide therapy to adult clients via video using evidence-based therapies.
  • Develop and customize mental health treatment plans for clients.
  • Build and maintain strong therapeutic alliances with clients.
  • Deliver feedback-informed care using standardized measures.
  • Collaborate with a diverse clinical team to enhance service delivery.

Requirements

  • Current LPCC, LMFT, LICSW, or PsyD license in Minnesota.
  • Master's Degree or higher in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or related field from an accredited institution.
  • At least 1 year of post-license clinical experience required.
  • Expertise in evidence-based therapies such as CBT or DBT.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience working with Cigna & Aetna clients.
  • Licenses in other active states (AZ, CA, CO, CT, FL, GA, IL, MA, MD, MN, NJ, NY, NC, OH, OR, PA, SC, TN, TX, WA, Washington D.C, WI).
  • 2+ years of experience in CBT for depression or anxiety, DBT for emotion dysregulation, Unified Protocol for emotional distress, or CPT/PE for trauma.
