By ensuring the right people are in the right place at the right time, appropriately & compliantly credentialed, this role directly supports our mission of delivering exceptional vascular care with efficiency, teamwork, and heart. The Clinical Workforce Coordinator is responsible for creating, maintaining, and communicating schedules for our clinical team, including Physicians, Mid-level Practitioners, Nurses, Ultrasound Technologists, Radiologic Technologists and Medical Assistants, while ensuring appropriate coverage to support safe, high-quality patient care. This position works closely with clinical leadership to balance staff needs, business demands, and patient safety requirements across all Pulse Vascular locations. This position is also responsible for managing, coordinating, and maintaining the credentialing and re-credentialing process for all clinical staff, including physicians, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, nurses, and technologists. This role ensures compliance with organizational policies, accreditation standards, payer requirements, and regulatory guidelines. The Clinical Workforce Coordinator serves as the primary contact for credentialing inquiries and works closely with internal departments, external agencies, and licensing boards to ensure all providers are properly approved to work and bill for services.
