As a Therapist at SOL Mental Health, you will provide compassionate and ethical outpatient mental health therapy to patients in a hybrid work environment. You will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to provide integrated care and employ evidence-based treatment modalities with patients.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Licensed in the state of Virginia.
  • Must be willing to work a minimum of 3 days onsite in our Ballston/Arlington Care Center.
  • 1+ years of relevant behavioral health experience in providing treatment to children, adolescents, and/or adults is highly preferred.
  • Outpatient and/or private practice experience is highly preferred.
  • Must demonstrate a high degree of integrity, a positive attitude, effective leadership abilities, and a passion for patient care and clinical excellence.
  • Must value current evidence-based clinical practice and culturally sensitive care.
  • Must comply with HIPAA rules and regulations.
