As a Therapist at SOL Mental Health, you will provide compassionate and ethical outpatient mental health therapy to patients. You will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to provide integrated care and employ evidence-based treatment modalities with patients.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate and ethical outpatient mental health therapy to patients.
• Work closely with a multidisciplinary team to provide integrated care.
• Employ evidence-based treatment modalities with patients.
• Provide supervision for therapists working on their supervision hours.

Requirements

• Licensed in the state of Virginia as a Clinical Therapist.
• 1+ years of relevant behavioral health experience in providing treatment to children, adolescents, and/or adults is highly preferred.
• Outpatient and/or private practice experience is highly preferred.
• Must demonstrate a high degree of integrity, a positive attitude, effective leadership abilities, and a passion for patient care and clinical excellence.
• Must value current evidence-based clinical practice and culturally sensitive care.
• Must comply with HIPAA rules and regulations.
