About The Position

We are hiring a Clinical Supervisor for our Advanced Urologic Associates team! This position will be based in Independence but will also require travel to our Lee's Summit and Overland Park locations. The role involves supervising approximately 23 staff members and ensuring the smooth daily operations of the clinic.

Requirements

• 2 years Applicable Experience
• Registered Nurse (MO)
• BLS required
• KS and MO RN required
• Bachelor's Degree

Responsibilities

• Manages specific administrative and clinical functions related to the daily operations of the clinic as assigned.
• Supervise assigned clinical departments.
• Responsible for all resources and functions related to patient care including ordering supplies, QA, regulatory compliance, OSHA, maintenance of clinical equipment, and regular staff meetings.
• Responsible for training and development of assigned employees including hiring decisions, discipline, and staff evaluations.
• Assist clinical staff as needed.
• Overall responsible for working to achieve quality healthcare and high patient satisfaction.
