About The Position

We are hiring a Clinical Supervisor for our Advanced Urologic Associates team! This position will be based in Independence but will also require travel to our Lee's Summit and Overland Park locations. The role involves supervising approximately 23 staff members and managing specific administrative and clinical functions related to the daily operations of the clinic. The supervisor will be responsible for all resources and functions related to patient care, including ordering supplies, QA, regulatory compliance, OSHA, maintenance of clinical equipment, and conducting regular staff meetings. Additionally, the role includes training and development of assigned employees, encompassing hiring decisions, discipline, and staff evaluations. The supervisor will also assist clinical staff as needed and is overall responsible for working towards achieving quality healthcare and high patient satisfaction.

Requirements

• KS and MO RN required
• BLS required
• 2 years Applicable Experience
• Registered Nurse (MO) - National Council of State Boards of Nursing (NURSYS)
• Bachelor's Degree

Responsibilities

• Manages specific administrative and clinical functions related to the daily operations of the clinic as assigned.
• Supervise assigned clinical departments.
• Responsible for all resources and functions related to patient care including ordering supplies QA regulatory compliance OSHA maintenance of clinical equipment and regular staff meetings.
• Responsible for training and development of assigned employees including hiring decisions discipline and staff evaluations.
• Assist clinical staff as needed.
• Overall responsible for working to achieve quality healthcare and high patient satisfaction.
