About The Position
The Clinical Supervisor - Emergency Department, Variable position at Piedmont Fayette Hospital is a full-time role responsible for the continuous collaboration with the Clinical Manager to ensure consistent supervision of the staff. This role requires a graduate of a nursing program with a minimum of two years of nursing experience in a hospital or clinical setting, and previous experience in Emergency Services.
Requirements
- Graduate of a nursing program.
- Two (2) years of nursing experience in a hospital (inpatient roles) or clinical (outpatient roles) setting.
- Previous experience in Emergency Services required.
- Current License in the State of Georgia as a Registered Nurse.
- Valid BLS certification required.
- ACLS certification required.
Nice To Haves
- Previous supervisory experience desired.
- Leadership qualities that demonstrate creativity, innovation, proactive and collaborative relationship.
- Participation in continuing education and maintenance of current knowledge for the care of patients in assigned unit(s).
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
