About the position

The Clinical Supervisor at Enlightment Family Services is responsible for overseeing a team of counselors while managing their own client caseload. This part-time role involves conducting supervision meetings, ensuring compliance with regulations, and providing training and development for staff. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in patient care and team management, along with excellent interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular supervision meetings with staff
• Oversee training and development of new and existing staff
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
• Provide strong leadership and guidance to staff regarding scheduling and treatment plans
• Complete all required documentation including tracking individualized behaviors, service plans, and progress notes
• Engage in Care Coordination with staff and community service providers
• Maintain compliance with funding source regulations and documentation requirements

Requirements

• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related human services field
• Previous experience as a Clinical Supervisor
• Required licensing/certification to perform this role
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Deep understanding of health care policies and regulations
• Demonstrable ability to manage others, including scheduling and problem-solving
• Clinical experience in Community Mental Health with youth and/or adults with severe mental illnesses
• Valid Commonwealth of VA Driver's License
