About the position
Responsible for the overall operational flow of the inpatient unit including coordination, collaboration and direction of the entire unit during the shift covered to ensure effective delivery of healthcare service. Functions as staff resource in facilitating critical thinking and clinical decision making.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing required.
- Current/valid State of New Jersey license (or legal permission to work from the State of New Jersey Board of Nursing).
- Progressive supervisory experience, i.e., relief charge nurse.
- Medical terminology and computer and keyboard skills required.
Nice-to-haves
- Master's degree in Nursing.
