About the position

The Clinical Services Navigator will work closely with cardiothoracic surgeons to coordinate patient care throughout the continuum, providing support to families during the perioperative and postoperative phases. This role emphasizes the importance of delivering remarkable patient experiences and fostering a safe environment for all patients.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Registered Nurse (RN) license required.
• Three to five years of nursing experience required.
• Two years of experience in care of targeted patient population preferred.
• Experience in a broad range of clinical situations or settings preferred.
• Ability to complete generic and department-specific skills validation and competency testing.
