This position is responsible for ensuring that all essential functions, including staffing, budgeting, patient satisfaction, and quality outcomes, are effectively managed. The CSM collaborates with various medical and leadership personnel to deliver quality patient care while adhering to regulatory standards and organizational goals.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the nursing department, ensuring smooth functioning of essential services.
• Recruit, hire, and onboard qualified nursing staff, ensuring proper training and orientation.
• Develop and manage the nursing department's budget, identifying cost-saving opportunities.
• Monitor patient satisfaction levels and address concerns promptly to enhance the patient experience.
• Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development within the nursing department.
• Collaborate with leadership to establish quality metrics and ensure adherence to standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree
• Five or more years of clinical experience in Nursing
• At least three years of experience in a leadership capacity
• Current Registered Nurse License in the State of Arkansas
• Current BLS certification or ability to obtain within 30 days of employment.

Nice-to-haves

• Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) degree
• Ambulatory clinic experience
• National Nursing Certification
