About the position

Clinical Program Managers plan, organize, implement and direct one or more mental health, intellectual disabilities, and/or child development service delivery programs by establishing goals, objectives, policies, and procedures; monitoring and evaluating program performance; developing and monitoring budgets; integrating programs with other state and community services; and supervising clinical and administrative staff, typically including licensed Psychologists and/or subordinate supervisors of professional clinicians. Clinical Program Manager I's work in a relatively small program or cluster of programs. The Division of Public and Behavioral Health Northern Nevada Adult Mental Health Services in Sparks is hiring for a Clinical Program Manger 1 for the Dini-Townsend Hospital. This position oversees the hospital licensure, Joint Commission Accreditation, and the CMS Certification. The position collaborates with all leadership positions at the hospital to provide recommendation on insights on keeping all programs in compliance with laws and regulations. The position is over the Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement (QAPI) program and receives, logs and responds to all incent reports, patient complaints, and grievances. The position is responsible for making sure all agency protocols are reviewed and revised in compliance with most recent standards. The position serves as the Patient Safety Officer and completes Death reviews. This position is responsible for running several meetings and committees.
