About The Position

Could you be our next Clinical Lab Scientist- Microbiology at Lankenau Medical Center? As a Clinical Laboratory Scientist, you will perform a variety of complex testing with the goal of detecting, diagnosing, and treating disease. The work you will be doing makes a tremendous impact!

Requirements

• Skills necessary to perform procedures contained in the laboratory procedure manual, including specimen processing, test performance and reporting test results.
• Demonstrated communication, organization, and prioritization skills required.
• Bachelor’s degree in an accredited Medical Laboratory Technician program or related field
• Equivalent combination of education and experience required.

Nice To Haves

• Microbiology experience preferred.
• Previous laboratory computer system experience preferred.
• MLT (ASCP) or equivalent certification preferred.

Responsibilities
