About The Position
The Clinical Fellow (CF) Speech-Language Pathologist performs diagnostic evaluations and administers treatment to patients with communication, voice, cognitive-linguistic and/or swallowing disorders under the supervision of a licensed and ASHA-certified Speech-Language Pathologist in accordance with California state regulations and American Speech-Language-Hearing Association Clinical Fellowship requirements. This position offers mentorship, structured supervision, and opportunities for professional growth while completing the Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY).
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an institution approved by the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA).
- Eligibility for California Speech-Language Pathology licensure through the California Board of Speech-Language and Audiology and Hearing Aid Dispensers Board for the Required Professional Year
- Completion of graduate clinical practicum requirements
- Eligible for or currently holding a California RPE (Required Professional Experience) temporary license if applicable
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
