CLINICAL EFFECTIVENESS COORDINATOR

About the position

The Clinical Effectiveness Coordinator reports to the Director of Quality Management, this position will assist in the coordination of improvement activities for successful accrediting, licensing, and certifications, provide performance improvement and quality support for service line initiatives. Project manage cross-functional performance improvement teams to develop and implement solutions for quality patient care, monitor and maintain project/actions plans for performance improvement initiatives to ensure project goals are met. Research and advise best practices based on evidence based medicine.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the coordination of improvement activities for successful accrediting, licensing, and certifications.
• Provide performance improvement and quality support for service line initiatives.
• Project manage cross-functional performance improvement teams.
• Develop and implement solutions for quality patient care.
• Monitor and maintain project/actions plans for performance improvement initiatives.
• Research and advise best practices based on evidence based medicine.

Requirements

• Three years RN clinical experience required.
• California Registered Nurse License required.

Nice-to-haves

• Bachelor of Science in nursing preferred.
• Language proficiency in English with excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Collaborates with management team to develop and implement metrics and performance targets that assess compliance with regulatory bodies.
• Utilize multiple data sources (MIDAS, Crimson, Cerner) to conduct data analytics that drive quality patient outcomes.
