We have an exciting opportunity in Norwich for a Clinical Administrator. Requirements

  • This role is subject to a Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) Scheme check at a basic level.

Responsibilities

  • Produce, record, and distribute prescriptions to local pharmacies.
  • Work with a multi-disciplinary team to provide high-quality support to Doctors, Non-Medical Prescribers (NMPs), Locality Leads, Team Leaders, and Recovery Workers.
  • Maintain local data systems and generate prescriptions.
  • Offer advice and support to pharmacy colleagues.
  • Process batch printing and posting of all prescriptions.
  • Collaborate closely with pharmacies across the Norfolk area to ensure efficient prescription handling.
  • Offer support to the Locality Project Administrators during times of sickness or annual leave.
  • Handle service-wide building management issues, including ad-hoc requests.
  • Provide practical assistance to the Senior Administrator, Project Administrators, Locality Leads, Team Leaders, and Clinical Staff.
  • Offer enhanced support and liaison for all Pharmacy-based workers.
