Clinic Supervisor RN

About the position

The Clinic Supervisor oversees daily clinical operations and supervises clinical staff, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care in accordance with professional standards and regulations. Under the guidance of the Primary Care Services Manager, they provide effective leadership through clear communication, problem-solving, and sound judgment, while also possessing the ability to work independently and respond appropriately to challenging situations. Additionally, the role may involve providing direct patient care or assistance to patients of all ages as needed.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing with an associate degree or higher
• Current Minnesota Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Nursing experience preferred; minimum of 3-5 years of clinical practice desirable
• Supervisory or leadership experience, preferably at least 1 year
• CPR Certified
