About The Position
The Clinic Scheduler will be responsible for the continuum of care for patients, beginning at the scheduling of appointments and following through to claims and management. Duties will include coordinating with billing and financial counselors for collection, and providing positive communication and services explanation to patients to improve patient experience.

- Excellent communication skills

- Insurance/coding and claims background helpful
