About the position

The Clinic Manager at Hammond-Henry Hospital is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the clinic, ensuring exceptional patient care, and providing leadership within the clinic environment. This role involves collaboration with the Clinic Director and VP of Operations to implement best practices and maintain effective communication within the team.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and staff the clinic effectively.
• Provide leadership presence in the clinics.
• Oversee day-to-day operations of the clinic.
• Collaborate with the Clinic Director and VP of Operations to implement best practices.
• Ensure communication opportunities are available within the team.

Requirements

• Valid RN license with the State of IL.
• Previous management experience preferred.
• Experience in a Rural Health Clinic preferred.
• BLS certification required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
