About the position

As a Clinic Manager at PT Solutions, you will play a crucial role in transforming patients' lives through evidence-based techniques. This position involves evaluating, planning, and administering treatment programs tailored to diverse patient specialties, including orthopedic, pediatric, neurologic, and sports medicine. Responsibilities

• Deliver evidence-based, quality care to each patient empowering them to exceed their functional outcome
• Establish timely treatment plans for each patient's specific needs
• Meet and exceed your clinic budget through referral generation, increased clinic visits, and appropriate billing practices
• Demonstrate a positive connection with patients, fellow clinicians, and other team members
• Build and maintain relationships throughout the community

Requirements

• Graduate of an APTA or CAPTE approved physical therapy program
• Management experience preferred
• State Licensure
• Basic Life Support certification from the American Heart Association
