About the position

The Sales Coordinator at Semper Laser plays a crucial role in the sales team, focusing on converting guests into clients, retaining existing clients, and driving retail sales while ensuring exceptional customer service. This position emphasizes the importance of brand integrity and a positive work environment, contributing to the company's mission of providing affordable and accessible laser hair removal services.

Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding customer service by acknowledging and greeting everyone who enters and leaves the facilities.
  • Ensure that the check-in and payment process is handled in accordance with Semper's policy by processing transactions accurately.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client information.
  • Provide detailed descriptions of treatments, package services, promotional offers, and hours of operation.
  • Utilize computers and CRMs proficiently; document client information in electronic records as directed.
  • Meet daily operational needs such as answering phones, scheduling services, and managing appointment flows.
  • Provide accurate and immediate responses to all client requests, ensuring complete guest satisfaction.
  • Maintain a positive attitude and contribute to a quality work environment.
  • Drive client retention through outreach via telephone and email to current clients.
  • Participate in company on-site events to market services to the community.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
  • A minimum of two (2) years of customer service experience, particularly within the industry.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented with a love for talking to people.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where multitasking is necessary.
  • Ability to identify and act upon new areas for growth and increase sales.
  • Ability to thrive and stay calm, polite, and professional in a high-pressure environment.

Nice-to-haves

  • Fluency in Spanish is a plus.
  • Familiarity with technical sales or technology industry is preferred.
