The Clinic Admissions Associate (CAA) role at Action Behavior Centers (ABC) is designed to support the administrative functions of busy clinics, focusing on document management, communication with clients and referral sources, and marketing tasks. This position is integral to enhancing the experience of families seeking services for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and offers opportunities for professional growth within the organization.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day administrative functions for the clinics, including document management and communication.
- Provide support for inbound calls from prospective and current clients/families.
- Become a subject matter expert on autism to assist families in understanding available services.
- Handle various marketing and admissions tasks to support operations and clinical leadership.

Requirements
- Experience in administrative work, customer service, client relations, or related areas.
