Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day administrative functions for the clinics, including document management and communication with referral sources.
• Provide support for inbound calls from prospective and current clients and families.
• Become a subject matter expert on autism to assist families in understanding the services offered.
• Handle various marketing and admissions tasks to support the operations manager and clinical leadership.

Requirements

• Experience in administrative work, customer service, client relations, or related areas.
