Requirements

High School diploma or GED preferred
Experience providing healthcare or client transportation preferred
Valid driver’s license (must remain current)
Current CPR, AED, and First Aid certifications
Knowledge of vehicle safety and simple auto maintenance
Ability to effectively communicate with both clients and staff
Ability to gather and analyze information to support effective problem‑solving
Ability to respond appropriately in crisis or high‑risk situations
Ability to provide compassionate, professional support to individuals in recovery
Candidates selected for hire must successfully pass a criminal background check, drug screening, and any required state‑mandated clearances. Employment is contingent upon meeting all screening requirements in accordance with federal, state, and accrediting‑body regulations.

Responsibilities

Safely transport clients to and from designated locations within expected timeframes
Supervise and support clients during transportation
Complete all documentation required for transportation and related services
Assist with safety and environment of care initiatives within the outpatient office
Complete all trainings required by Pyramid Healthcare and accrediting/licensing bodies
Perform other duties as assigned
