Requirements

  • High School diploma or GED preferred
  • Experience providing healthcare or client transportation preferred
  • Valid driver’s license (must remain current)
  • Current CPR, AED, and First Aid certifications
  • Knowledge of vehicle safety and simple auto maintenance
  • Ability to effectively communicate with both clients and staff
  • Ability to gather and analyze information to support effective problem‑solving
  • Ability to respond appropriately in crisis or high‑risk situations
  • Ability to provide compassionate, professional support to individuals in recovery
  • Candidates selected for hire must successfully pass a criminal background check, drug screening, and any required state‑mandated clearances. Employment is contingent upon meeting all screening requirements in accordance with federal, state, and accrediting‑body regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Safely transport clients to and from designated locations within expected timeframes
  • Supervise and support clients during transportation
  • Complete all documentation required for transportation and related services
  • Assist with safety and environment of care initiatives within the outpatient office
  • Complete all trainings required by Pyramid Healthcare and accrediting/licensing bodies
  • Perform other duties as assigned
